Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Isalis finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or mailer, ensuring all original designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus a small restocking fee.
